Research indicates that inadequate team dynamics are a critical factor in the failure of up to 65% of high-potential startups. In the technology sector, while product development and capital raising often take precedence, the importance of strategic team formation is frequently overlooked. Many startups rely on chance or immediate availability when assembling their initial teams, a practice that significantly jeopardizes their success potential. Join us to gain insights into creating a structured team rubric, simplifying the process of identifying and selecting key team members. The session will also cover best practices for team formation, aimed at fostering the long-term success of your venture.
