Great Commitments Precede Great Achievements: There is a proven formula for transitioning aspiration to action. Chad will share this formula along with actionable strategies to solidify commitment and a 5-step process designed to catalyze significant achievements. He will show you how to ensure your leadership journey is marked by meaningful progress and impactful results.
Leadership is Caught Not Taught: Experiential learning has transformative power in the leadership development process. Chad will share his insights on identifying mentors across crucial areas of life. He will discuss the three types of mentors and how to effectively ‘catch’ their leadership skills. You will walk away with a roadmap to cultivating your capabilities through observation, engagement, and practice.
